Client Update
September 1st 2022
To our valued clients,
You have rights when working with an insurance broker. The Registered Insurance Brokers Association (RIBO) and the Canadian Insurance Services Regulatory Organizations (CISRO) have recently issued communications to assist insurance consumers with regards to their rights in the insurance process. The RIBO Conduct Sheet outlines the standards of professional conduct and facts about registered insurance brokers obligations in the insurance process. The CISRO has also outlined principles of conduct for insurance intermediaries conducting business in Canada.

At Bocking & Grieve we take pride in exceeding the standards of conduct in the delivery of our service to all of our clients. We will continue to keep you up to date and informed as part of our service commitment to you.
